Kitten Contract and Health Guarantee
Kittens will be registered with CFA and have their kitten papers mailed
when proof of neuter/ spay is provided.
Kittens will come with vaccination and health record and a breeder's
pedigree if available.
Kittens will be sold after 12 weeks of age.
Kittens will not be shipped until full payment is made.
Kitten sold as pet and NO permission is given to be used for breeding.
Kittens are guaranteed as healthy for 10 days which includes:
1.Free of parasites, lice, mites, fleas, ticks, and fungus.
2.Vaccinations up to date for common feline diseases.
Kittens will be guaranteed against genetic/congenital defects until one year of age. With a veterinarian statement , we will refund the price we were paid for the kitten or replace it with a similar kitten.
I believe this animal to be in good health, however, you should take it to your veterinarian within five days from the day the kitten is in your possession for a complete exam.

Should your veterinarian find the kitten not to be healthy within the allotted time for a health check, with a written explanation from your veterinarian, you may either, exchange for a similar kitten or let the seller take it to the seller's veterinarian for treatment at the seller's expense up to the cost of the kitten.
